Abstract (EN)

Organization culture; It is defined as a system of values and beliefs that is formed and developed within the organization, guiding the behavior of all individuals from managers to employees, giving meaning to organizational activities. With this aspect, organizational culture affects all individuals in the organization, including leaders and managers. Leaders, in accordance with their special positions, by individuals in the organization or corporation; they are the people who are followed the most, whose ideas and opinions are considered important and approved. Leaders play an important role in determining the organizational structure, atmosphere, goals, activities and ideology. Therefore, leaders have a great impact on organizational culture. In this study, it is aimed to examine the role of perceived leadership styles on perceived organizational culture. The research is important in terms of comprehensively addressing leadership styles and conducting it in the context of public employees. In this context, data were collected from public employees with 601 valid questionnaire responses using convenience sampling method in Osmaniye province. In the study, "confirmatory factor analysis (CFA)", "reliability analysis", "independent sample t test", "ANOVA (F) test", "multiple regression analyzes" and "Pearson correlation analysis" were used. As a result of the analyzes made; It is understood that the perceived organizational culture differs according to the leadership styles of the managers and the leadership styles of the managers affect the organizational culture perceptions of the employees.
