Abstract (EN)
The study aims to examine the mediating role of psychological ownership (PO) in the relationship between employees' perceived organizational support (POS) and organizational identification (OI). The sample was determined through convenience sampling, and data were collected via a survey from 491 teachers working in the public sector across Türkiye. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, normality analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis were conducted, while PROCESS Macro (Model 4) was employed to test the mediation effect. The results revealed significant and positive relationships among POS, PO, and OI. Furthermore, POS was found to have a significant and positive effect on both PO and OI, and PO was determined to play a mediating role in the relationship between POS and OI.
