The Analysis of Kitabu'l-Gasp Ve'l-İtlaf (Book Of extortion and Destruction) Part from the Book Named Dürerü'l-Hükkâm Şerhu Mecelleti'l Ahkâm By Ali Haydar Efendi

We have analyzed Kitabu'l-Gasp Ve'l-İtlaf (Book Of Extortion And Destruction) part from the book named Dürerü'l-Hükkâm Şerhu Mecelleti'l-Ahkâm by Ali Haydar Efendi. This study has consisted three section. We have mentioned about Ali Haydar Efendi, the author of the book; his life, his scholarly identity and his works in detail. We have struggled to present Ali Haydar Efendi's academic studies. We have informed of his books briefly. In the first section, we have given ın the second section, general information about the section of extortion and culling. While we are studying this part we have made use of classificiation of the book that we review. Whilst explaining the subject we have struggled to clarify by giving topic of Mecelle. In the second section, the subject studied in this section has been tried to compare with trustworthy resources of Hanafi school. Specifying and writing the resources of the chapter, we have written the most aplied books firstly.
