The purpose of this research is to examine the importance of tests applied in recruitment processes. Research is a case study. Each participant was informed about the purpose of the research. In the research, 5 people working in the ready-to-wear retail retail sector were interviewed. Participants have been working in the business for at least 1.5 years. Qualitative data analysis techniques were used in data analysis. Recruitment practices and processes are important in terms of human resources, work efficiency and performance. For this reason, recruitment strategies should be determined correctly by businesses. Recruitment processes have become more important for businesses in a period when recruitment and layoffs are troublesome due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
