Abstract (EN)
Our country is one of the most seismically active geographical regions in the world. The occurrence of frequent earthquakes with high intensity and magnitude has made it necessary to carry out technical examination of building stocks before the earthquake and to take various precautions as a result of these examinations. In this study, reinforced concrete buildings and masonry buildings in Bahçeleriçi, Beyazıtpaşa Ellibeşevler and Mehmetpaşa neighborhoods, which are the central neighborhoods of Amasya province, were examined with the rapid street scanning method in accordance with Law No. 6306 as a first stage method in determining the earthquake risk, then building performance scores were determined and computer aided mapping has been provided. The aim of this study is to determine the risk priority of reinforced concrete buildings and masonry buildings examined by street scanning method. In the street scanning method, risk levels were determined as low risk, medium risk, high risk and very high risk for 422 reinforced concrete buildings and as low risk, risky and very risky for 58 masonry buildings. Among the 101 reinforced concrete buildings examined in Bahçeleriçi district, which is the central neighborhood of Amasya province, 3% is of low risk, 31% is of medium risk, 45% is of high risk and 21% is of very high risk. Among the 118 reinforced concrete buildings examined in Beyazıtpaşa district, 5% is of low risk, 26% is of medium risk, 37% is of high risk and 32% is of very high risk, 3% of 152 reinforced concrete buildings examined in Ellibeşevler district are of low risk, 38% is of medium risk, 37% are of high risk and 22% is of very high risk and 3% of 51 reinforced concrete buildings examined in Mehmetpaşa district is of low risk, 31% is of medium risk, 45% is of high risk and 21% is of very high risk. Among the masonry buildings, 8 masonry buildings examined in Bahçeleriçi district, 38% is of low risk, 37% is of risky, 25% of very risky, 15 masonry buildings examined in Beyazıtpaşa district were 40% is of low risk, 40% is of risky, 20% is of very risky and 20% is of very risky in Mehmetpaşa district. Among the 35 masonry buildings examined, 23% is of low risk, 60% is of risky and 17% is of high risk.
