Abstract (EN)
A total of 20 honey samples produced in some districts of Amasya, Samsun, Tokat provinces between 2022-2024 were provided by the regional beekeeper's association and local producers. A total of 60 taxa belonging to 33 families were identified in the samples. In our study, 4 unfloral and 16 multifloral honeys were identified. Dominant taxa were determined as Castanea sp. and Helianthus sp. Secondary taxa; Helianthus sp., Centaurea sp., Achillea sp., Sinapis sp., Brassica sp., Isatis sp., Myosotis sp., Echium sp., Convolvulus sp., Cistus sp., Diospyros sp., Ttrifolium sp., Castanea sp., Quercus sp., Thymus sp., Malva sp., Bromus sp., Zea mays sp., Plantago sp. , Crataegus sp. , Salix sp. , Styrax sp. were identified.
