Abstract (EN)
Equity Joint Ventures with capital are one of the commonly used cooperation models. Having "joint control" at its core, makes "Equity Joint Ventures" prone to deadlocks. Deadlocks are the most important of the cases that end "Equity Joint Ventures". Thus, a solution ought to be found. The aim of our study is to comprehensively examine the mechanisms that will be "preventing" or "finding a solution" for the deadlocks that occur in "Joint Ventures Established as Joint Stock Company". Our study consists of three parts. In the first part, briefly "Equity Joint Ventures" and its conceptual boundaries; in the second part, "deadlock" and "appearances" in Equity Joint Ventures; in the third part, the mechanisms for "solution" and "preventing" deadlocks in the joint venture company are examined.
