Abstract (EN)
İn vitro efficacy of 7 fungicides against Fusarium oxyporum and Fusarıum solani isolates, causing wilt on new planted pistachio orchards were studied. Mycelial growth of F. oxysporum isolates was inhibited starting at 20 ppm dose while the inhibiton started at 100 ppm dose in F. solani. Even in 2,5 fold more than commercial advised dose, phosphoric acid inhibited mycelial growth with 18,3 % - 33,3% range in both of the species. While inhibition of Metalaxyl-M + Mancozeb was defined at 100 ppm dose in F. solani, it was at 500 ppm dose with Fidan.1 isolate (F. oxysporum). On the other hand, mycelial growth of 63.111 isolate (F. oxysporum) was inhibited with 43,65% only by advised dose (250 ppm). Promocarb + Cymoxanil was effective on both of the F. oxysporum isolates, however, efficacy was 55,04% in overdose (350 ppm). Spore germination was inhibited by Prothiconazole + Spiroxamine and Captan in even lowest doses on all the isolates studied. The EC50 values of Prothioconazole + Spiroxamine which was the most effecive on both mycelial growth and spore germination in this study, were 3,67 ml on 63.111, 3,72 ml on Fidan.1 and 56,83 ml on K.2.5.1, respectively
