Abstract (EN)

Blood lactate level is an indicator of anaerobic metabolism. At the beginning of many exercise in the blood lactate increases because of the respiratory-circulatory system can not meet the skeletal muscles oxygen need. Blood lactate concentration can arice to 200 mg/dl in the first 5 minute after the short-term maximal intensity exercise. To reach a high level of lactic acid in people can lead to muscle fatigue and metabolic acidosisAmount of B vitamins in the body tissue must be optimal. to maintain energy production.at the normal level. However, the result obtained from studies with the supplementation of B vitamins to diet for increasing endurance and exercise performance are conflicting. Our knowledge is not sufficient yet to clarify the effect of vitamin B complex on post-exercise blood lactate levels. Therefore, in this study, vitamin B complex was administered orally for 15 days to the experienced amateur football players and sedanter individuals. Blood lactat level of subjects were measured before and after the administration of B complex vitamins, and the subjects were exposed to short-term exercise program (treadmill for 10 minutes in duration, 10 km / h ). Immediately after exercise blood lactate level of subjects were measured again.Application of the B complex vitamins for 15 days unchanged blood lactate level of subjects at the before exercise. However, application of the B complex vitamins, significantly decreased blood lactate levels to control values both experienced football players and sedanter subjects at the period of after exercise. The findings obtained from our study indicated that supplementation of B complex vitamins significantly attenuated blood lactate levels immediately after exercise in sedanter people and football players and thus, B complex vitamins may affect recovery period in a positive direction.
