Abstract (EN)

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) have gained an extremely important place in today's world with the proliferation of studies on them. Considering the gains and advantages of UAVs with these studies, UAV systems have been developed and this development still continues today. In line with these studies, costs have been reduced in terms of air systems and the technology has been made more accessible. In addition to the costs, without comparing the importance of human life, the most important factor is the performance of the tasks without risking the life of the personnel with unmanned aerial vehicles. In addition, the protection of the country's borders, intervention in terrorist activities, intelligence gathering, etc. UAV systems, which successfully perform many activities, become even more critical. With all these advantages, it is extremely important to select the UAVs to be used with scientific methods. In this thesis, the definitions, history and classification of UAVs are discussed. In order to evaluate 4 UAV alternatives on the basis of 10 criteria, MAIRCA method based on interval valued q-level fuzzy set is proposed.
