Abstract (EN)
In this study, two different methods used in redistribution of land which is one of the most important stages of land consolidation projects are examined. First method is an interview based distribution model, second method is the fuzzy logic based distribution method which has been mentioned in many years and is the subject of many academic studies. Farmer surveys were conducted to determine whether the farmers were satisfied with the consolidation work and define the membership functions to be used in fuzzy logic based distribution method. The results obtained from two different methods were compared in terms of the aggregation rate, number of enterprises, number of parcels per enterprise, average parcel size, shareholding status of the parcels and the existence of segmented land, which are the criteria used in determining the success of land consolidation studies. According to the results, the consolidation rate which was 45.93% in the interview based distribution model increased to 54.74% in the fuzzy logic based distribution model; the number of enterprises decreased from 769 to 619. As a result of the interview-based distribution, the total number of parcels decreased by 55% and this rate decreased by 17% more in the fuzzy logic model. The average parcel size after land consolidation was 8.87 in the interview model and 10.60 in the fuzzy logic model. In this study, a collective drip irrigation system project was designed for the field where the consolidation has been carried out. The average cost per unit area in the parcels where drip irrigation system was established was calculated as 604.73 TL / da in cotton and 3116.31 TL / da in strawberry.
