Abstract (EN)
Philosophy of state is so old branch of investigation. State is a political institution in which people live in a determined territory and depend on some common laws.. According to Aristoteles; the important thing is administrators will not shape of state administration. If state thinks of happiness and goodness of its citizens, it is good; If it thinks its profits, it is bad. Aristoteles divides the shape of state administration into two. Nizamu'l-Mulk tells how to use the owned government not how to get government. According to him a president is people who directly take his power from the God and ruled them on the name of the God. As there are some similarities between Aristoteles and Nizamu'l-Mulk's state ideas there are lots of differences between them.
