Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out in the climate room of the Faculty of Agriculture, Van Yüzüncü Yıl University. In the experiment, four different irrigation levels obtained by mixing the water of Advanced Biological Wastewater Treatment Plant with pure water in different ratios were applied. The experiment was conducted in randomized plots with three replications. In this study, the effects of the applications on the development and nutrient content of crested wheatgrass, orchard gras and alfalafa plants were investigated. While the increase in irrigation levels caused crsted wheatgrass height was insignificant, the increase caused at orchard grass and alfalfa height was significant. The effect of cutting periods on the height of all three plants was significant. The effects of irrigation level and cutting periods on green yield and hay yield of crested wheat garss, orchard grass and alfalfa growth were significant. Four irrigation levels caused nutrients and metals to increase in all three plants, while reducing selenium content outside the orchard garass. The relationship between irrigation levels and all nutrients except Ca and Se was positive and significant. The decrease in soil pH due to the increase of wastewater in irrigation facilitates nutrient uptake, while increasing salinity is considered as a negative result. According to the results obtained depending on the characteristics of water to be used as irrigation water; It is determined that mixing more than 25% waste water into irrigation water may increase salinity risk. It will be possible to obtain high applicability results with the study to be performed in field conditions.
