The relationship between occupational risks and health stress of health workers i̇n Artvin D group hospitals

This research is a cross-sectional, descriptive and analytical study in order to determine the dangers and hazards of health care workers in hospitals in the D group and to evaluate their relationship with anxiety levels. It has been planned to evaluate the occupational accidents and risks that may arise due to different factors and to develop suggestions to reduce the level of anxiety of health workers by minimizing the degree of impact of these risks. The population of the study was composed of health workers (317 people) working in hospitals of the D group in Artvin province in March - June 2019. In the research, 211 health workers were reached with the sampling method. Data of the research; sociodemographic characteristics (age, gender, marital status, economic status, educational status), perception of risks and dangers arising from hospital working environment, health status The questionnaire consisted of questions such as working conditions (duration of service, working hours, work efficiency, etc.) and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and Health Worker Safety Scale (SPG) were collected through direct observation.
