Main purpose of this study is to determine knowledge level about advanced cost management approach of the managers who work in Artvin General Secreteriat of the Association of Public Hospitals affiliated hospitals and the possibility of the using of their approaches in the hospitals. For his purpose, it has been applied the method of negociating face to face with all fiscal managers of the hospitals in question. In this study; previously heard that the cost management approaches Almost all of the participants, a high proportion of the cost management approach that they have information about the hospital and advanced cost management approach is understood they think could be implemented. Participants of effective cost and performance of the system is not established hospital profitability and reduce costs so negatively profitability and costs that are determined to be of the opinion that rose. Finally it has been reailized that advanced cost management approach could be good solution by making some arrangement in the field of the management.
