Abstract (EN)

Organizations need a workforce that has developed itself in many ways in order to achieve their goals in global business life and to make this sustainable. On the other hand, organizations need to fulfill many different job roles in order to achieve their goals, that is, to distribute the workload on employees fairly according to their skills. Otherwise, work overload that may occur may reduce the psychological resilience and productive energy of employees. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of work overload on productive energy and psychological resilience. In this context, the problem, model and hypotheses of the research have been designed in detail to achieve this goal. The variables considered in the conceptual framework of the research have been examined in detail, supported with theoretical infrastructure, hypotheses have been tested with appropriate analysis techniques and the findings have been evaluated and comments have been made. Correlation and regression analyses have been used to test the research hypotheses. According to the research findings; it has been determined that work overload has a negative and significant effect on psychological resilience. In addition, no significant effect of work overload on productive energy and its dimensions (emotional productive energy and cognitive productive energy) was found, but a negative and significant effect on the behavioral productive energy dimension of productive energy was observed.
