Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to use the waste marble, which is produced after the marble stones brought to the marble sector from the marble quarries, are processed in accordance with their purposes, in order to reduce the negative effects of the waste marble in the concrete mixture. However, the same applies to the tire. In order to reduce the negative impact of the tire on the environment, it is aimed to use both waste materials in concrete. The widespread use of marble dust and rubber waste materials in the concrete mixture has also made a great contribution to the economy. The convenient use of waste marble powder and rubber in concrete depends on some properties of concrete, these properties are expressed as the fresh and hardened structure of the concrete. The aim of the study is to produce an environmentally friendly type of concrete by using waste marble powder and rubber in the concrete mixture to reduce its negative effects on the environment and to be more economical. It is to determine the strength and durability properties of the concrete and its effects on fresh and hardened concrete by conducting many experiments with non-destructive and destructive test methods. In the study, the amount of waste marble powder used in the mixture calculation of environmentally friendly concrete produced with waste marble powder was used as 0%, 2%, 4% of the total mixture by volume, and at the same time, coarse and fine aggregate was used by replacing the waste used in the mixture calculations of the concrete. The amount of rubber was used as 0%, 1%, 3% of the total mixture by volume, and at the same time, the coarse and fine aggregates were replaced in place. In these studies, the cement dosage of the concrete produced is two different (350 kg/m3 and 425 kg/m3) and the aggregate granulometry is three different (65% Fine-35% Coarse), (55% Fine-45% Coarse), (% 45 Fine- 55% Coarse). According to the results of these studies, it was aimed to determine the most effective parameters on workability and strength. While evaluating the studies, it was made according to the effect of marble dust ratio and tire ratio and aggregate granulometry. As a result, it is possible to produce environmentally friendly concrete by using waste marble powder in the concrete mixture, but it is possible to use it with rubber because some measures such as strength remain at the limit, thus reducing environmental pollution, and the clean environment benefits people's health and nature, On the other hand, it can be said that less consumption of resources will contribute to the economy.
