Abstract (EN)
Thin Zinc Nitride films were deposited at room temperature on glasssubstrates by a pulsed filtered cathodic vacuum arc deposition system. These thin films changed into p-type ZnO ( Zinc Oxide) thin films by annealing at different temperatures. Optical and electrical properties of these thin films were determined and discussed.
