Abstract (EN)

In this study, we have investigated the structural and superconductivity properties of the Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8+? thin films deposited on MgO (100) substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). In first part, the different production conditions of solid state reaction method were investigated to synthesize the Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8+? target with optimum conditions. Secondly, we have tried the various parameters of PLD technique to obtain the best stoichiometry in accordance with Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8+? phase. The films which were deposited with optimum conditions were post-annealed in an atmosphere of a gas mixture of Ar (%93) and O2 (%7), at temperatures ranging in 800ºC-880ºC for 10 minutes to investigate the optimal post-annealing temperature. Later on, another target was produced via polymer method in order to use in an investigation of optimal post-annealing time for producing Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2O8+? thin films. The structural and superconductivity properties of the films were investigated by XRD, SEM, AFM, EDX, M-T, R-T, and M-H measurements, than the results have been commuted. According to our results, the temperature of 860ºC was found as the optimal temperature value for the post-annealing and 30 minutes was the optimal time. The critical temperature, TC, of the film was measured as 82 K from M-T measurement and 89 K from R-T one for the film produced by target prepared via solid state reaction technique and annealed at 860ºC.
