Change management in smes in the process of European Union; Application in Gaziantep

It is very interesting that to performance of adaptation to the changing condition of SMEs which has an important place in local and international markets. Become global world orderliness which exists continual change in, change and change management existence is acceptanced by enterprises and take part in its vision and mission. This get out to opposite as a dispensable component in enterprises future efforts of success direction in change process. In this study, to realize change by success ways, the relationship between change management dimensions and productivity dimension and SMEs aspects to change mangement is analyized in small and medium sized enterprises in Gaziantep in small industries area by using inquiry technic.
