Abstract (EN)

Main core of this study is that Turkey is under the negative effect of Customs Union and there is a tremendous gap between threesome of Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey and main countries of EU and first wave countries of Union where integration process for these countries would not necessarily create a huge jump in short/medium term. Thus, having underlined phases of EU set-up, nature and state of European Union is to be explained.In the second part, pointing out the integration process, inter-regional diversifications were explained. In the last part, it was expressed that as being a member of Customs Union, Turkey is negatively effected by this circumstance.
