Abstract (EN)
IÖZBu çalışmada Kepez/AYDIN?dan Haziran 2005 tarihinde toplanan 10 yetişkinL. stellio?nun (5 ââ, 5 ââ) sindirim kanalının bir bölümünü oluşturan ince barsakve kalın barsağının genel histolojik yapısı ortaya konmuş ve barsağın farklıbölümlerinde bulunan GAG çeşitlerindeki değişiklikler ışık mikroskop seviyesindebelirlenmiştir. Ayrıca bu bölgesel çeşitliliğin sindirim fonksiyonunu nasıl etkilediğiaraştırılmıştır.ABSTRACTIn this study, histological structure of small and large intestine that forms aregion of digestive system is exhibited and regional GAG variation of intestine isdetermined by light microscopical research in 10 adult L. stellio (5 ââ, 5 ââ) whichwere collected from Kepez/AYDIN in June 2005. Besides, effects of this variationon digestive function is investigated.ANAHTAR SÖZCÜKLER / KEY WORDSL. stellio, GAG, barsak, histoloji, histokimyaL. stellio, GAG, intestine, histology, histochemistry
