The factors which affected to the supplier's choice in the hospitals of Azerbaijan

In this study; first of all, theoretical structure of the study related literature has been created with the supply chain management. In the next stage, the data of 129 people obtained from 119 hospitals which operates in Azerbaijan in the survey to investigate the impact on customer satisfaction and trust of the factors affecting the choice of supplier was introduced in the analysis. In the results of the analysis shows that brand is the most important variable of affecting trust of supplier and customer satisfaction.Key words: Supplier Chain Management, Supplier Choice, Trust in Supplier, Customer Satisfaction, The Hospitals in Azerbaijan
