Abstract (EN)

In this study, using physicochemical analysis methods, the density, solubility, conductivity, and phase equilibria of the BaBr2-Ba(H2PO2)2-H2O ternary salt-water system, which is part of the Ba2+ // Br⁻, (H2PO2)⁻ // H2O quaternary reciprocal salt-water system, were investigated at room temperature until the system reached an eutonic point. The component-specific ratios were determined. It was found that the BaBr2-Ba(H2PO2)2-H2O ternary system belongs to the simple eutonic type, and the composition of the eutonic point (in mass %) was determined to be 22.54% BaBr2, 5.91%Ba(H2PO2)2, 71.55%H2O. It was determined that at this eutonic point of the system, the liquid phase is in equilibrium with the crystal hydrates BaBr2.H2O and Ba(H2PO2)2.H2O.
