The current structure of dairy farms in Balıkesir province andmilk production costs

This research was carried out between 2020 and 2021 in order to determine the milk production costs of dairy cattle enterprises in Balıkesir Dec. The data of the study was prepared from data obtained from surveys conducted with 147 businesses selected using a simple random sampling method. According to the results of the research, the BBHB (bovine unit) per business was 40 and the presence of dairy cattle among large head animals was 22% Dec. In addition, the ratio between equity and total capital in enterprises, the ratio between real costs and active capital, net income and active capital ratio, agricultural income and active capital ratio, annuity rates, economic annuity, financial annuity, annuity factors were examined.Dec. The total amount of milk produced in enterprises is about 127 000 kg per enterprise and an average of 22 heads of cattle and an average milk yield of 6 000 liters per animal is observed per enterprise.
