Abstract (EN)

This study aims to understand the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing the performance of banking services. Today, the world is undergoing a technological revolution that affects the financial sector in general and banking in particular. This technological advancement has become one of the most important components of the business environment, serving as a fundamental pillar for survival, growth, and sustainability. The rapid and continuous development of modern technologies has facilitated the introduction of new tools and methods for delivering banking services to customers, leading to the emergence of AI applications based on advanced software and technologies. The study suggests that the application of AI in various aspects of banking services may contribute to improving service quality, controlling costs, reducing risks, increasing revenues, and enhancing competitiveness, which may ultimately lead to the improvement of banks' overall performance. Many banks have already integrated AI technologies into their operations, and this study explores the experiences of these institutions. AI is widely used in various banking services to enhance customer satisfaction and attract more clients. This study emphasizes the importance of further implementing AI programs and applications in banking services. It also highlights the necessity of organizing training programs for employees to ensure the effective use of these technologies. Furthermore, the study provides insights into how AI can be optimally employed and how banks can strategically position themselves to achieve their long-term objectives.
