Abstract (EN)
This thesis deals with the criminal responsibility of bank managers. It aims to determine their place in our law system and to determine whether they serve the purposes of banking sector accordingly. The study consists of four main sections. The first part deals with the Banking Law and the Bank's governing bodies. The second part deals with in the Banking Law, Crime. The third part deals with the crimes specified in the Turkish Penal Code. The fourth part deals with bank managers judged. The findings of this study conducted in line with the purposes of this thesis are presented in the conclusion. Key Words: Banking Law, Banking Crime, Banking Punishments
