Abstract (EN)

Today, Banks have become the basic and the most vital issue of thefinancial system in the countries? economics. From June 2006 the %43,7asset of the bank, which continuously using the new products and methodof modern marketing , are composed by credits. Also regarding the no cashobligations of the banks it is certain that credits are the most importantproduct of trade banks. Any kinds of cash or no cash credit amounts meansrisk for the banks. The Banks which have to live with intensive risks, needto try to minimize their afore mentioned risk. For this fact, it should beestablished a credit marketing and evaluation system which work fast andappropriate while credit marketing personnel and units are trying to getmore interest and commission income by increasing the credit capacity aspossible as it can of the banks. Personnel who works in the credit evaluationunit or in the period of giving credit, are struggling for banks to exist healthycredit portfolio. At this stage, in other words, in the period of creditevaluation which exist in the credit marketing process, a serious discussionperiod naturally occured between the credit marketing and evaluation units.These disputes can have various reasons occured from the bank structure,workers, clients, market etc. This issue which exist in the banks, howevernever has been mentioned firstly examined in our study. By supporting thesubject with a survey, verified between 19 Banks, covering the %99 of thetrade Banks operating in Turkey, disputes are determined betweenassociations in the period of credit marketing and evaluation. Consequentlythe proposal solution have tried to be found.
