Abstract (EN)
ABSTRACHThe aim of this study is to investigate of ?? Effect of Basketball training on some of Physical,Psychomotor and Anthropometric features of male and female athletes of the 10-12 age group is investigated.??The work of the working group in basketball who participated in were the 25 girls and 25 boys, the in addition this,control group, in the 10-12 age group the same environment who do not sport regularly were 25 girls and 25 boys.Girls an boys who participated in basketball training have a work which is 3 days in a week (once a day 1.5 hours) during 12 weeks time period. The first week at the beginning of the work and last week at the end , children?s who are in the working group and control group biyomotor Measurements (flexibility, 20 meter run, vertical jump), Length Measurements (bust, the total arm, stroke, the total sub extremyte) Width Measurements (shoulder, elbow, hand wrist, hip, knee, ankle, foot widths), Enviromental Measurements (head, shoulders, waist, hips, Biceps flexion, Biceps extension, forearm extension, forearm flexion and calf), Measurements of Body Fat Percentages (Biceps, Triceps, Abdomen, Supra-Iliak) were taken.As statiscal method, Repetitive ANOVA test (repeated measure) was applied in SPSS 17:00 package program at a=0.05 significance level in order to identify changes, occuring in Physical and Biyomotoric specifications between the measurements (first and last), groups (experimental and control) and genders (female and male).Test results showed a significant difference between Biyomotor Measurements (P<0.05), Length Measurements (P<0.05), Enviromental Measurements (P<0.05) and Body Fat Percentage (P<0.05) and no noteworthy change on the Width Measurements (P>0.05) before and after training of female and male childrens, non-participating in any sports practice, in the same age group with female and male athletes, participating in basketball training for 12-week period. This results reveal for sports scientists importance of its impact on development of gender differences and training (working, study) in adolescence.Key Words: Development, Psychomotor and Physical Measurements, Basketball.
