Abstract (EN)

The study area is located on the northern edge of the Central Anatolian Crystalline Complex. Başınayayla Mo - Cu mineralization, located approximately 15 km southwest of Yozgat province, is associated with granitic rocks. The rock units covering the mineralization area and its surroundings, from bottom to top, are Kamışcıdere gabbro, Beşiktepe volcano-sedimentary series, Başınayayla granitoid and alluviums. Samplings were made from five different locations in the study area, including all organs of mullein (Verbascum Cherianthifolium Boiss. Var. Cherianthifolium) plant root, branch, leaf and flower together and from related soils. It was determined that the Mo value in the root and leaf of the mullein is higher than the average values in the world, while the B, Ni, Cu and Zn element values are lower. B, Cu, Ni, Zn and Mo elements were found to be higher than the standard deviation values in all locations where the elements of B, Cu, Ni, Zn and Mo were examined. Root/soil of Mo element in mullein plant in the study area; branch/soil of B and Cu elements; leaf/soil of B, Zn, Cu and Mo elements; The bioaccumulation values (BAC) obtained from the flower/soil ratio of B, Cu and Zn elements vary between 1 < BAC < 10 at different sample locations, indicating that this plant has a high amount of accumulator properties. For mullein, B in all locations, Cu, Zn, Ni and Mo in some locations; In leaf/root and flower/root, B, Ni, Zn in all locations, Cu and Mo in some locations translation factor (TF) value > 1 indicates the translocation of these investigated elements from root to leaves, branches and flowers. It has been determined that the investigated B, Ni, Cu, Zn and Mo elements cause pollution in some locations and can be removed by phytoremediation using mullein. When the elements in the organs of the mullein plant and the elements in the soil are compared, B, Ni and Mo for the roots; For branches of B and Mo; Cu and Mo for leaves; and Mo, B, Zn and Ni can be said to be indicators for flowers.
