Abstract (EN)

The present study was carried out to determine the yield, nutrient and toxicity contents of maize varieties grown as first crop in Batman and second crop in Mardin. Moisture content 9.17-14.05 %, dry matter content 85.95-90.83 %, crude ash content 0.13-1.22 %, crude protein content 5.60-6.89 %, crude oil content 0.97-1.69 %, crude cellulose content 2.55 - 2.96%, nitrogen free extract 75.73-79.50 % of the substances, ADF rate 2.69-3.03 %, NDF rate 8.58-13.08 %, ADL rate 3.00-3.03 %, starch rate 642.17-649.45%, sugar content varies between 12.01-12.03 % and the metabolic energy ruminates (Mcal 2.86-2.90 in poultry (kcal/ kg) 3126.96-3194.61, thousand grain weight 291.93-377.60, hectoliter weight 76.98-79.10 kg / hl, yields per decare 1107-1385.9 kg / da, L * 56.30-61.71, C * 37.39-4410, h° 73.27-76.51, a * 8.70-10.94, b * 35.95-42.63, palmitic acid 3.50-3.68 g / kg, oleic acid 8.16-8.63 g / kg, linoleic acid 16.00-16.98 g / kg, omega 6 16.00-16.98 g / kg, saturated fatty acids 32.27-34.17 g / kg, AFB1 between 2.54-15.52 ppb, AFB2 between 0.74-01.5 ppb and total aflatoxin between 2.54-16.25 ppb. Yeast and molds were found in 17 of 48 corn samples. The fungi identified in these examples were yeast (4.16 %), Penicillium spp. (31.2 %), Alternaria spp. (14.6 %) and Aspergillus spp. (12.5 %). In addition, while the first crop corn cultivated lands were generally clayey, the second crop corn cultivated lands were found to have clay characteristics.
