Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out in 2021 at Çukurova University Field Crops Department Seed Laboratory in 5 different bread wheat varieties (Özkan, Adana-99, Toros-1003, Ceyhan-99, Seri-2013) and 4 different salt doses (0, 50, 100 and 150 mM NaCl). ) were considered as two factors and analyzed in factorial order, with 3 replications, germination tests were established and carried out in petri dishes, seedling growth observations were pot studies. In this study; Wheat cultivars (Özkan, Adana-99, Toros-1003, Ceyhan-99, Seri-2013) cultivated in T. aestivum (bread wheat) species belonging to Triticum L. genus in Gramineae (grainaceae) family will be used as material. It will be applied to varieties as 0, 50, 100 and 150 mM NaCl. Grass sheath length, shoot length, root length, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, germination rate, germination power, average germination time, seedling emergence rate, seedling emergence index, seedling average emergence time, seedling In this study, it was aimed to examine the length, shoot fresh weight, root fresh weight, shoot dry weight and root dry weight. As a result of the research;
