The effect of salt stress on germination and seedli̇ng growth in some bread wheat (Triticum aestivum) varieties

This study was carried out in 2021 at Çukurova University Field Crops Department Seed Laboratory in 5 different bread wheat varieties (Özkan, Adana-99, Toros-1003, Ceyhan-99, Seri-2013) and 4 different salt doses (0, 50, 100 and 150 mM NaCl). ) were considered as two factors and analyzed in factorial order, with 3 replications, germination tests were established and carried out in petri dishes, seedling growth observations were pot studies.
