Abstract (EN)

In this thesis study, for the first time in the literature, bis(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid (B2EHP) as a carrier, cellulose triacetate (CTA) as a polymer support material, and 2-nitrophenyl octyl ether (2-NPOE) as a plasticizer. Furthermore, the electromembrane extraction (EME) method, operating under a constant electric current, was applied for the first time in combination with a polymer-containing membrane system (EME/PIM) using NOR and ENR target analytes. In the first stage of the study, passive diffusion-based transport experiments were conducted using the synthesized PIMs, and the optimal experimental conditions were determined. As a result of the transport experiments, kinetic parameters such as the rate constant (k), permeability coefficient (P), flux (J), and recovery percentage (%RF) were calculated. In the PIM experiments conducted under optimal conditions, %RF was found to be 91.36 for NOR and 90.65 for ENR. After determining the optimal conditions, the EME process was applied to evaluate the system's performance. Thanks to this method, the transport time, which took approximately 35 hours in passive diffusion, was reduced to approximately 75 minutes with the EME application, and high efficiency in the range of 76–77% RF was achieved. Additionally, the applicability of the developed membrane system to real samples has been tested. The successful extraction of NOR and ENR from chicken muscle tissue samples demonstrates that the method also works effectively in biological matrices. Finally, the surface morphology and chemical structure of the prepared polymeric membranes were characterized using SEM, EDX, and FTIR analyses. The findings obtained showed that the components were homogeneously distributed within the polymer matrix and that the membranes had a mechanically stable and reusable structure.
