Abstract (EN)
In this study, firstly 2-aminophenol had got to reaction with benzaldehyde which has halogene groups; F, Cl, Br to synthesize Schiff bases. Then from these ligands, metal complexes of Ni2+, Cu2+ and Zn2+ have been synthesized.The structure of ligands and their complexes have been investigated by instrumental methods; FT-IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR.The antibacterial activities of synthesizing Schiff bases and their complexes examined on the Enterococcus faecalis, Esherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella and Staphylococcus aureus by disc diffusion method.
