Abstract (EN)

In this study, the six spider gathered Gaziantep and Kahramanmaras provinces between 2009 and 2010 spread chromosome preparations were prepared their gonats made dissection. A total six species by three spider family chromosome numbers and sex chromosome systems were investigated. Chromosome analyse was carried out according to Pekar ve Kral (2001) with some modifications.Gnaphosidae: Zelotes petrensis (C. L. Koch, 1839) diploid chromosome number 2n (?) =23, sex determining mechanism (n = 11) X; Zelotes aeneus (Simon 1878) diploid chromosome number 2n (?) =20, sex determining mechanism (n = 9) XX; Nomisia conigera (Spassky, 1941) diploid chromosome number 2n (?) = 22, sex determining mechanism (n = 10) XX; Theridiidae: Theridion pictum (Walckenoer, 1802) diploid chromosome number 2n (?) =23, sex determining mechanism (n = 11) X, 2n (?)=29, sex determining mechanism (n = 14) X; Steotoda triangulosa (Walckenoer 1802) diploid chromosome number 2n (?)= 26, sex determining mechanism (n = 12) XX; Lycosidae: Trochosa ruricola (De Geer, 1778) diploid chromosome number 2n (?) = 20, sex determining mechanism (n = 9) XX were found.Anahtar Kelimeler: Araneae, Cytotaxonomy, Theridiidae, Gnaphosidae, Lycosidae
