The study group of the research; It consists of 343 physical education teachers working in public and private primary, secondary and high schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in Aydın province in 2023. In the research where the relational scanning method was used as a data collection tool; With the "Personal Information Form" created by the researchers, Esentürk et al. (2019) and Dursun et al. (2019) "Multifaceted Leadership Orientations Scale" was used. The analyzes applied to the data obtained were made through the SPSS 25.0 program. As a statistical method during the evaluation of data; Descriptive statistics (standard deviation, frequency, arithmetic mean), t test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson Correlation tests were used. It was decided whether the data met the conditions of parametric tests by looking at the skewness and kurtosis values and the Levene test results. As a result of the analyses; The score averages obtained from the overall Multifaceted Leadership Tendencies Scale and the sub-dimensions of structural leadership, human-based leadership, political leadership and charismatic leadership; Statistically, according to the variables of gender, age, marital status, branch of interest, school type, management/managerial status, the region where the institution is located, psychological violence by the school administration, number of students, extracurricular activity training course and adequacy of the fee received. It was determined that there was no significant difference. The average scores obtained from the second measurement tool, the Physical Education Teacher Interpersonal Self-Efficacy Scale, and the sub-dimensions of in-school relations, relations with the family and relations with the environment, are based on gender, age, marital status, branch of interest, school type, management/management status, It has been determined that there is no statistically significant difference according to the variables of the region where the institution is located, the use of psychological violence by the school administration, the availability of extracurricular activity training courses and the adequacy of the fee received. However, there was a significant positive, low-level relationship between the scores obtained from the environmental relations sub-dimension of the Physical Education Teacher Interpersonal Self-Efficacy Scale and the number of students. In line with the findings, a positive, highly significant relationship was detected between the Interpersonal Self-Efficacy Scale and the Multifaceted Leadership Orientations Scale. In other words, as the participants' interpersonal self-efficacy levels increase, there is a parallel increase in their leadership orientation levels.
