1.2. Abstract Aim: In this study, it is aimed to examine the narcissistic personality traits and leadership styles of physical education and sports teachers. Materials and Methods: The research was conducted with the general survey model, which is a quantitative research model. The research was conducted in 2024 with physical education and sports teachers working in public and private schools in Diyarbakır. The research was conducted with 187 physical education and sports teachers determined by random sampling model. The study was terminated after sufficient data was collected. "Personal Information Form", "Narcissistic Personality Inventory" and "Teachers' Leadership Styles Scale" were used to collect data. Quantitative data evaluation was done with SPSS 22 analysis program. Results: Narcissistic personality states of physical education teachers were examined according to the variables of gender, age, marital status, length of service, type of school and school status, and no significant difference was found for these variables. Physical education teachers' leadership styles were examined according to the variables of gender, age, marital status, length of service, type of school where they work and school status; it was determined that the average scores of physical education teachers working in secondary schools were higher than the average scores of physical education teachers working in high schools. In addition, according to the service period of physical education teachers, it was determined that the average scores of the leadership styles scale of the sample group who had been teaching physical education for 12-18 years were higher than the sample group who had been teaching physical education for 0-5 years. Conclusion: As a result of this study, no significant difference was found when the narcissistic personality states of physical education teachers were examined according to the variables of gender, age, marital status, length of service, the type of school they work in and the school status they work in, and when the leadership styles of physical education teachers were examined according to the same variables, the school they worked at, differences in terms of type and significant differences in terms of service duration were obtained. As a result of this study, no significant difference was found when examining the narcissistic personality states of physical education and sports teachers according to the variables of gender, age, marital status, length of service, the type of school they work in and the status of the school they work in. When examined according to the variables of age, marital status, length of service, type of school where he worked and school status, significant differences were obtained in the type of school he worked at and length of service.
