Determining the work satiety rank of physical training teachers (Afyonkarahisar example)

This research aims to determine the job satiety rank of physical training teachers of Afyonkarahisar National Education Directorship working in in the provincial centre and village schools in Afyonkarahisar.The universe studying of the research : In 2006-2007 Education ? Training of Ministry of National Education, it is 165 physical training teachers working in the provincial centre, towns and villages schools in Afyonkarahisar National Education DirectorshipThe sample of the research: It includes 154 physical training teachers working in the primary and secondry schools education in the provincial centre, town and the village schools in Afyonkarahisar The questionnaire was applied in order to determine levels the job saticfaction of physical training teachers working in the primary and secondary schools.154 Physical training teachers completed the questionnaire . 122 teachers (%79,2) are males, the rest of them ,32 teachers, (% 20,8) are fameles. Physical training teachers of 84(% 54,4) are married, ones of 70 (% 45,5) are single. The ratio of married and single teachers of including working group is similarities each other, With regard to their ages,17 teachers (% 11) are between 20-25 ages, 62 teachers (% 40,3) are between 26-30 ages, 60 teachers (% 39,0) are between 31-35 ages, 15 teachers (% 9,7) are 36 and over this age. Morever ,It is concluded that 88 physical training teachers ,(% 57,1),work in the primary school, 66 teachers (% 42,9) work in the secondary school too.During the research, a questionnaire, which contains two sections were completed as an instrument to gather data. At the first section, general knowledge by 15 questions contained, at the second section, 44 questions related to levels of the job saticfaction containing are found. Evaluation of questionnaire, frequency, percentage ratio, chi-square are made in SPSS 11,5 packed programme analyses and meaningful level is determined 0.05.In all the questions on the job satiety answered positively or negatively by Physical Training Teachers who take part in the questionnaire teachers thougts have similarities in terms of sexaulity and marital status. That is why any meaningful difference statistically can?t be observed at the level of p>0.05.The teachers who reported the ideas of pleasing my working as my school staff is % 87,0 however, ones working in the rural area are % 64,7. This state, statistically was found meaningful level 0.05.It pointed that most of teachers working in the provincial centre are pleased to work in their schools (p<0.05).% 60,9 percentage of Physical Training Teachers working in the provincial centre and % 75,3 percentage of teachers out of centre center find unsufficient surroundings which are covered schools are interest againts sports This state, statistically was found meaningful level 0.05.It is pointed that surroundings are less interest against sports in out of the centre center (p<0.05).Moreover, the great majority of physical training teachers completed the questionnaries, % 81,2 ,stated that salary is unsufficient to live on and % 75,3 percent of teachers completed the questionnaries said that extra fee isn?t sufficient and also % 73.4 percent of teachers expressed that sport grounds and facilities are insufficient.The question of physical training teachers are to pleased to teach a different lesson except my branch lessons: agree % 35,7 , disagree %32,5 ,undecide % 31,8 it is infered that their thoughts are spread equally. Here, the idea of agreeing is possible that it has caused from an economic contributing too.As a result of this research , physical training teachers complained of unsufficient wages,extra fee,sport ground and facilities,lack of interest of school administration.It is thought subject matter of the complaints can affect their job efficiency negatively.Furthermore;they express that they are pleased to perform a task in Afyonkarahisar and like their job.And also in all the questions on the job satiety answered by physical training teachers in terms of in terms of sexaulity and marital status,any meaningful difference ,statistically, can?t be observed at the level of 0.05.Key Words :1- Job Satiety2- Teachers3- Sport4- Physical Education
