Abstract (EN)

In this study, the causes and consequences of the relativity aspect of the art of rhetoric were examined. The study consists of an introduction and three parts. In the introduction part, information about the subject, purpose and importance of the research have been given. In the first chapter, the concepts of rhetoric and relativity are examined and the concepts of relativity, possibility, perspective, pleasure, which are used in the sense of relativity in rhetoric works, are explained. In the second part, the reasons for the relative content of the science of rhetoric are defined as time, place, society, culture, nationality, belief, education, literary taste, economic-psychological situation, politics, war, mysticism, gender, occasional, sciences, authors and literary texts were examined. The effects of these reasons on relativity are explained with examples. In the third chapter, the results of the reasons explained in the previous chapter in the science of rhetoric are examined. The naming of the science of rhetoric, the division of ma'ânî, beyân and bedî' sections into sub-headings, the terms of rhetoric, definitions and the conflicts around rhetoric witnesses were evaluated with examples.
