Abstract (EN)

This research aims to examine the resilience of school administrators working in private and public schools at primary, secondary and high school levels across Turkey against uncertainties. In this direction, the research was carried out using the quantitative research method. 355 people selected by non-random sampling method from school administrators who constituted the research population participated in the study. Personal information form, "Scale for Determining the Level of Organizational Uncertainty in Schools" and "Resilience Scale for Adults" were applied to the participants within the scope of the research. According to the results obtained, various relationships were determined between the psychological resilience scale and its sub dimensions. Relationships were also found between organizational uncertainty in schools and psychological resilience. The effects of demographic factors such as gender, age, marital status, professional experience and branch on psychological resilience were also examined. The results of the research reveal that in order to increase the psychological resilience of school administrators, it is necessary to strengthen social support systems, encourage family harmony and take measures to reduce organizational uncertainty
