Abstract (EN)
In a growing up CNC technology five axis CNC machines use area became dilated. Day by day complex machine tools that have lots of axis are in produce. Five axis CNC machines are processing centers which includes three perpendicular axises that straight to each other and two rotation axis what runs at the same time. In five axis CNC machines, it makes be able to work free dimensions on free place.In this thesis unworking three axis CNC machine found within university is transformed to five axis by designed two axis rotary table. On this machine there are five phases step motors used. For those motors and four phases step motor that set on one rotation table, designed and produced motor drivers. For CNC machine controlling is used EMC(Enhanced Machine Controller) that based on Linux. It becomes able to operate workpiece and work on five axis at the same time by G codes that written in EMC.
