Abstract (EN)
Within the scope of this thesis, experimentally observing how some parameters, some of which are dependent on the conditions given in the regulations, affect the behavior of the beams in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete beams, with a two-stage study were examined by comparing the experimental results with the analytical results. In the first stage, the behavior of the beams produced by complying or not complying with the minimum and maximum reinforcement ratio limits given in the regulation was examined. In the second stage, the effect of different a/b ratio on the beam behavior in reinforced concrete beams was investigated. The first stage, minimum and maximum reinforcements were placed in the beams, and a total of six beams were produced by applying more reinforcement than the balanced reinforcement ratio, as well as the balanced reinforcement ratio corresponding to the maximum reinforcement ratio defined in the regulation as 0.85pb, and a total of six beams were produced and the load-displacement and moment curvature relations were examined. These produced beams were tested in a 4-point bending test. In the second stage, a total of 6 reinforced concrete beams with different a/d reinforcement ratios and three different width/height ratios were tested. These are (2/1, 1/1, 1/2) in size and three different beams are produced: 2/1 width is twice the height, 1/1 width is equal to the height, and 1/2 width is half the height. The beam dimensions are 75x150,105x105,150x75 mm. It is defined as a square beam with a width of 75 mm, a height of 150 mm, a type of value width of 150 mm, a height of 75 mm, and a width and height of 105x105 mm. Load-displacement plots were used to compare the behaviors.
