A critical evaluation of information technologies; an interdisciplinary perspective

Within the rapidly advancing scientific-technological paradigms of the modern world we live in, we are rapidly beginning to adopt the paradigm of a virtuality in which human agency is gradually being eroded and a multidimensional transformation takes place, both individually and socially. In recent years, in the search and tendency to feel the necessity of adopting a critical approach to such a global conjuncture, it has been revealed in various scientific and philosophical circles with an overemphasis that technology has multidimensional and multilayered effects on the entire anthology of human beings, with research carried out by various research institutions in the world, especially in the field of neuroscience. This study has been conducted through within the context of various findings or data revealed by the results of these researches, especially in the fields of neuroscience, neuro-education and neuro-pedagogy, together with the interdisciplinary researches, all kinds of technological tools and equipment in general, and virtual environment technologies in particular, in a more accurate and healthy way both in educational environments and in other areas of our lives, with an emphasis on innovation, with an emphasis on problem solving and critical approaches. In digital platforms, mostly preferred by adults, the way of using virtual media technologies unfortunately leads to uncontrollability characterized by a problematic situation; In other words, in the global conjuncture caused by the virtual environment technologies of the 21st century, it has become necessary to combat various behavioral disorders, physical and mental problems that occur in various sections of society, chief among them adolescents, and to put forward a consciousness or awareness towards the use of technological tools and equipment to be cultivated in a more accurate and healthy way. The aim of this study, as mentioned above, is to contribute to the cultivation of an awareness to be adopted for a healthier and more accurate use of virtual environment technologies, which is increasingly becoming problematic day by day in the technological paradigms of the 21st century, from an interdisciplinary perspective; The methodology on which the study is based is a mixed methodology defined by a set of tools, materials and criteria of mixed methods by making use of various conceptual postulates within the framework of literature review.
