Abstract (EN)
This study, investigates ISO 9000: 2000 Quality Management System?s contribution in configurating the knowledge management models. In this study, the data is collected from 35 firm operating in different industries using a standart survey form. The results of the analysis showed that the contribution of ISO 9000: 2000 Quality Management System in configurating the knowledge management models.Keywords: Knowledge Management, Knowledge Management Models, ISO 9000: 2000 Quality Management System.
