Abstract (EN)
As the needs of people change, it is inevitable that some cases will emerge. Especially in the works that people cannot do by their own, some inventions have to emerge where the machine supports are needed. At this point, the Industrial Revolutions, which began in the late 1700s and extend to the present day, have started to manifest themselves. According to the findings, the survey results was found to be reliable according to reliability analysis. The demographic analysis of the participants was conducted and the frequency of their responses to the questions was examined. The hypothesis obtained from the study was performed by chi-square test. Afterwards, the most important problems were weighted with multi-criteria decision making techniques and the most appropriate solutions were ranked. In this context, the severity levels of the problems were weighted with AHP method and the solutions were ranked with TOPSIS method.
