ABSTRACT Novadays, the exraordinary developement of electronics, computers and telecommunication, which are regarded the same effect as industrial revolation on society, politics and economics, play an important part on the radical changes of the technology of production systems and bussiness processes. The countires which dominate technology and science are on their way to obtain absolute superiority to the others primarily on the industrial field and all economic activities in recent years, Technology has become the only key for superiority. Therefore superiority on the reshare of world's proficts and the improvement of society's well fare has became a determinant factor. Businesses world is more and more becoming complex. On the other hand, as the big businesses in the developed countries are permenantly seeking cheap labour and investment opportunities abroad, businesses ruls have changed and competition has increased. The increase on the competition has led to produce more quality goods but cheaper ones led a result of this, componies began to search moremodern science for good management. These researches have resulted in the developement of automation and business process. But it is necessary to benefit from informatics theory systems in order to apply these attitutes successfuly.
