Abstract (EN)

Vehicle manufacturers have emphasized the sensitive control and improvement of hysteresis changes due to the increasing vehicle comfort demands of vehicle users. It is expected that the hysteresis values sought in the further kilometers of the disc assembly will be achieved within the starting kilometers. For this reason, it is necessary to minimize the variability of the parameters affecting the comfort change and the component functions affecting the hysteresis change should be stable. The aim of this master thesis is to keep the vibration damping performance (comfort) of the clutch at an acceptable level during the guaranteed working life. It is aimed to reach the result with the researches to be done by changing the material proporties, geometric values and coating methods of the metal washers that affect the hysteresis. Studies will be verified with tests and the accuracy level of the result of the study will be determined by making comparisons with the current situation. Parameters affecting the study will be formulated to define a methodology to compare ouptups. Thus, it will be examined whether the clutch disc assembly can provide hysteresis change and the desired comfort during the period of operation in the vehicle.
