Abstract (EN)

Cardiovascular illness includes heart and artery diseases (CVD). CVD is the leading cause of death and disability. Cardiovascular disease and stroke are the leading causes of death in the U.S. Our Case-control research includes 50 cardiovascular patients. Each group has 25 men and women. Samples were collected in Al-Sadder Medical City. Control group volunteers numbered 50. Age and gender showed no statistically significant differences, however smoking, family history, and alcohol usage did. Mean serum LDH concentration was (295.4) for patients and (178.9) for controls. We discovered that high blood LDH levels increased the risk of cardiovascular disease. The search's results follow. CVD and LDH levels were correlated. Elevated serum LDH was somewhat linked to diabetes. Finally, blood lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) levels may help control cardiovascular disease (CVD) and cardiovascular events earlier.
