Abstract (EN)

Power line communication is a communication technology that provides communication service by using low and medium power grid voltage lines. In this communication technology, electricity and data transmission are transmitted over the same line. While electricity transmission is provided by high voltage and low frequency, data transmission is provided by low voltage and high frequency. With this technique, services such as internet, telephone, multimedia can be provided and automation can be done. However, the continuation of power transmission, which is the main purpose of the line during the use of this servise, causes loss of gain on these systems. One of the methods used to prevent this loss of gain is using blocking inductors. In addition, isolation transformers are widely used in power line communication to isolate transmitter or receiver circuits from the utility. In this study, it has been shown that a PLC transmitter circuit isolation transformer, whose winding on the power line side is connected to the network in series, can also be used as a blocking inductor and power line communication can also be achieved in this case. Using the new PLC circuit topology, an electrical load control is also performed.
